Sales Supervisor:

The Role
– To supervise the activities of field sales group in order to achieve annual sales volume objectives for Livar distributor basket portfolio while remaining within an    agreed cost budget and respecting ethical guidelines defined by the company.
– To lead a special project with sale representatives or help the manager in the coordination of sales team activities.
– Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
– Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
– Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.
– Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales.
– Resolve complaints regarding sales and service.
– Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
– Determine price schedules and discount rates.
– Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
– Determine call plan
– Managing contact list
– Monitoring sales activities via double visit
-Reporting to the sales manager
– To have a good relationship and teamwork with medical- representative to achieve the better results
– Related field to sale, experience in Nutrition and supplement companies are an advantage.
– Having at least 5 years related experience preferably in pharmaceutical and supplement distributor  companies
– Good computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word (ICDL)
– Having some characteristics which is needed for this job including: Good communication skills,
  enthusiastic & energetic, coaching skills, team working.

Medical Representative

The Role
• Daily Visit to pharmacies and provide services for existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts
• Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or
  market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports,
  weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products,
 delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Resolves customer (pharmacy) complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions preparing
  reports; making recommendations to management
• Resolving consumer problems during shortage situation
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing
professional publications; participating in professional societies
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Develop and manage a different as the goal of maximizing sales
